How far ahead do I need to order a cake?
At least 5 days ahead; the more notice, the better, especially for elaborate designs and holiday dates. Need it sooner or looking for last-minute customization? Message us on WhatsApp to check availability.

What decides the price of the cake?

Can I send a reference photo?
Yes — that is the best way. Send us a photo on WhatsApp or describe your idea — theme, colors and any text you want on the cake — and we turn it into a handmade design for your occasion. We answer in English.
Do you make gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free cakes?
Not at the moment. All our products contain sugar, gluten, eggs and dairy, and are made in a kitchen that handles these ingredients.
Do you deliver cakes?
Yes. We deliver in Playa del Carmen, Playacar, Cancún, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and the area in between, including hotels and villas. The delivery fee depends on the size of the order and the distance; we confirm it on WhatsApp.
How do I reserve my date and pay?
You reserve with a 50% deposit; cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote. The rest is paid on delivery or pick-up at an agreed meeting point. We accept cash and card, and all prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).
