Get your quote and reserve
We confirm the price, delivery date and delivery cost — custom cakes are quoted the same day. Reserve with a 50% deposit; cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote. Ask us on WhatsApp how to pay the deposit. We accept cash and card.

Arrange the handoff
We bake your order on the day of delivery. Confirm with your hotel or villa where outside deliveries can be received, then share the handoff details on WhatsApp.

Can you deliver a birthday cake to my hotel or villa in Playa del Carmen?
Yes. We deliver cakes, cupcakes and desserts to Playa del Carmen, Playacar, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and Puerto Morelos, including hotels, villas and vacation rentals. Send us the name of the place and the time you want to receive your order on WhatsApp, and we coordinate it. We answer in English.
How far ahead do I need to order?
At least 5 days ahead for cupcakes, individual desserts and custom cakes; the more notice, the better. Need it sooner or looking for last-minute customization? Message us on WhatsApp to check availability.
How does ordering work and how do I reserve my date?
Everything is done on WhatsApp. Tell us the occasion, how many people, the date and where we deliver. We confirm the price, delivery date and delivery cost (custom cakes are quoted the same day) and you reserve with a 50% deposit. Cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote. The rest is paid on delivery.
How much is delivery to my hotel or villa?

What can I order and how much does it cost?
A box of 6 cupcakes is $250 MXN (Birthday Cake, Red Velvet or Triple Chocolate) or $360 MXN (German chocolate, our Cupcake Alemán). Cakes in a can are $70 MXN each. Individual desserts are $40 MXN (or a large can for $70 MXN). Custom cakes are quoted by number of people, flavor and decoration.
How do I store the cake or cupcakes in my hotel room?
They must be refrigerated to keep their quality. We recommend taking them out a few minutes before eating to enjoy the flavor and texture. Before ordering a large cake, check that it fits in your room's fridge or ask the front desk whether they can store it.
What allergens do they contain?
They contain sugar, gluten, eggs and dairy. All products are made in a kitchen that also handles these ingredients.
How do I pay from abroad?
Message us on WhatsApp to confirm how to pay the 50% deposit from abroad. The rest is paid on delivery. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).
